Let’s find out the fastest aboriginal bowler by reading the following post below. He was Eddie Gilbert who took the title of the fast bowler all of the time. He lived from 1 August 1905 till 9 January 1978 in Queensland. He was famous as a Queensland aboriginal cricketer. He liked cricket at his very young age.  I believe that he never realized that he could end up as the fastest bowler. At the age of three, he was taken from his home to live in Barambah Aboriginal Reserve due to the government policy at that time.  At first, he was only a slower bowler. But when he grew up, he could get a flexible wrist since he liked practicing boomerang throwing. Find out more about the fastest aboriginal bowler here:

Fastest Aboriginal Bowler: The record

Let’s find out the record that Gilbert created during his career as a cricketer. He took 73 wickets with the average score at 29.75. He had played in 19 Sheffield Shield matches. During the touring of MISS, South African and West Indies sides, Gilbert had 14 wickets. Even though Gilbert was a very successful player, people never considered his talent because he was an aboriginal person who came from the relatively weak team of Queensland.
